Q: How long will my order take to reach me?
A: Depending on your location, domestic orders usually take 3–5 business days and international orders can take 7-14 days. Please note delivery may take longer around public holidays.
Q: When will my order be processed?
A: We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or public holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Q: Order tracking and history?
A: After your order is placed, we will email you a receipt. When your order is processed, you will receive another email with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by visiting usps.com or ups.com and entering your tracking number in the specified field. Tracking information may not be available up to 24 business hours after the order has shipped.

Q. What is Route?
Route is a third party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of loss, theft, or damage.
In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add or delete the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.
