Shipping & Processing
We ship via USPS. If you would like to ship your items with a different carrier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, shipping costs will be shown, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.
Shipping costs and delivery dates can vary depending on the size of your package, your location in the United States and the shipping method you choose. Orders can take anywhere from one to seven days to reach you.
Shipping rates can vary. Please allow one to three weeks for your order to be shipped. If you have not received your order, please contact the postal service you chose at checkout and provide them with the tracking number you were given. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at: email@example.com, and we will get back to you in one to two business days.
In some countries, there is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders on top of what you have already paid for your item. Mate Masie Curation doesn't have control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees associated with your package. Please research this before you place your order.
A tracking number will be emailed or texted to you when your order is ready to ship.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We aim to process your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. During the HOLIDAY SEASON shipping and processing is completed within 5-7 business days.
